Winter Workshops at The Opinicon

 
Join me and create a beautiful holiday centrepiece or wreath from Twig & Fleur's collection of organic and wild crafted materials and other natural materials from Ontario nurseries. I will guide you through all aspects of building a holiday piece while encouraging your creativity to shine through.

We will transform the cozy and warm dining room into your winter workshop. I will guide you in the creation of a beautiful piece. This will give you full bragging rights to say "Yes, thank you, I made it!" To make this a real holiday experience you will not forget, once we are finished our creations we will retire to the enclosed veranda that rims the dinning room and we will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the Opinicon Executive Chef Angela Baldwin.

Lush Winter Wreath Workshop

Date: Sunday November 24th, 2019
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost $110 +HST (includes workshop and materials)
Time: 2 to 2.5 hours
Skill level: Beginner

Join us for a few hours spent creating amongst friends. Create and take home a unique, fresh, handmade centrepiece, using freshly harvested evergreens, berries, cones, seed pods, and other natural elements. All materials will be supplied. All participants are encouraged to bring your gardening gloves and favourite pruners. Pre-registration is required for this workshop. Due to the pre-ordering of materials, all sales will be final. However, workshops are transferable with notification.

Following the workshop, we would encourage you to book a brunch at the Opinicon.

Lush Winter Wreath Workshop

Create and take home an exceptional wreath that you will be proud to tell visitors to your home you made it! Your wreath will include unusual and exceptional elements that may include freshly harvested mixed evergreens, berries, cones, seed pods, magnolia, rosehips, eucalyptus, etc.  This beautiful wreath will brighten your space throughout the winter! After you have made your wreath you will enjoy a lunch in the outer dining room overlooking the lovely grounds of the Opinicon.

Pre-registration is required for this workshop.
Due to the pre-ordering of materials, all sales will be final. However, workshops are transferable with notification.
